At Mindful Healing we provide a holistic approach to the mind-body connection in a space where you create your own path to healing.

  • Individuals

We utilize a variety of treatment modalities based on the need of the client. Our therapists are trained in CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Brain Spotting, Mindfulness, and Trauma Informed Yoga.

  • Couples Therapy

We are trained to work with couples when there are feelings of disconnect from partner, coping with emotional distress, or challenges in communicating. Clients will learn tools to keep emotions balanced during tough conversations, and better discuss and uphold boundaries to have a more secure bond with partner.
