Mindful Healing

Outpatient Mental Health Services

We’re here to help you

At Mindful Healing, we believe that meaningful wellness comes from nurturing the connection between mind and body. Our practice offers a compassionate and supportive environment where individuals feel safe to explore their experiences, deepen self-understanding, and move toward lasting healing.

Mindful Healing was founded by co-founders Alicia and Ashly, both Licensed Clinical Social Workers who bring more than a decade of experience in the mental health field. Throughout their careers, they have worked across a variety of clinical settings, including in-home therapy, residential treatment, outpatient care, and treatment programs. These experiences have shaped their deep understanding of the many ways people experience struggle, resilience, and recovery.

Alicia and Ashly share a passion for creating a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Their goal in founding Mindful Healing was to build a practice that integrates evidence-based therapy with a holistic understanding of emotional, physical, and relational wellbeing.

They believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Each person’s story and path forward is unique. At Mindful Healing, clients are supported in discovering their own path toward balance, growth, and meaningful change within a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment.

At Mindful Healing we provide a holistic approach to the mind-body connection in a space where you create your own path to healing.

  • Individuals

  • Couples Therapy

We are trained to work with couples when there are feelings of disconnect from partner, coping with emotional distress, or challenges in communicating.
