Co-Founder / Clinical Director /Licensed Clinical Social Worker
As the Clinical Director Ashly plays a key leadership role. With a bachelors and masters degree in social work, along with a concentration in psychology, and a certificate in marriage and family therapy; Ashly is able to oversee and manage the delivery of clinical services and ensure high-quality patient care. With this type of background Ashly is able to provide clinical supervision to all of the staff. Ashly is also pre-approved through DSPS to supervise and sign off on hours for APSW, LPC-IT, and MFT-TL.
Beatriz
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Beatriz specializes in working with individuals ages 4 and up, offering a supportive and affirming space for children, teens, and adults to explore, heal, and grow. She’s a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) and currently pursuing a Registered Play Therapist credential, using both directive and non-directive play therapy approaches tailored to each child’s unique needs. Experience working with children with ADHD, Depression, ODD, Anxiety, and PTSD.
Beatriz clinical focus includes trauma-informed care, where she incorporates EMDR, CBT, Play therapy, and DBT skills into her work to support emotional healing and build resilience. While she uses evidence-based tools, she believes that the heart of therapy lies in the relationship—one built on safety, trust, and genuine connection.
She’s passionate about providing culturally responsive, inclusive care and welcoming BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse clients into a space where they are seen, respected, and supported. Whether you're navigating trauma, life transitions, struggling with anxiety, depression, or simply seeking a place to be heard, she’s here to walk alongside you with compassion and empathy.
Emma
Licensed Professional Counselor-IT
Emma holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and compassionate space where clients feel heard and supported. She works with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and is committed to providing affirming care to clients from all backgrounds.
Emma has a particular passion for working with children and families, using developmentally appropriate and collaborative approaches to support emotional growth, strengthen communication, and foster healthy relationships. She partners closely with caregivers and values the role of family systems in overall well-being.
Couples work is a special interest for Emma, as she is deeply drawn to the ways relationships shape our emotional worlds, identities, and sense of security. She recognizes that intimate partnerships can be both a source of deep connection and distress, and she is passionate about helping couples navigate challenges such as communication breakdowns, conflict, life transitions, trust concerns, and emotional disconnections. Emma strives to help couples deepen emotional attunement, build resilience through challenges, and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Emma uses an integrative, trauma-informed approach drawing from CBT, DBT, person-centered, and psychodynamic therapies. She strives to support clients with empathy and curiosity as they build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Brittany brings to the team over 15 years of medical insurance & claims processing. Her responsibilities encompass patient payments, insurance and benefit verification, claim denials, and understanding insurance policies.

As the Financial Director Alicia plays a crucial role in managing the financial health of the practice. Her responsibilities encompass patient payment and insurance management, financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Carson
Licensed Professional Counselor-IT
Carson holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, identity development, relationship concerns, academic pressure, trauma, attachment difficulties, and major life transitions.
Carson believes that meaningful change begins within a safe, supportive relationship. She strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and speaking openly about their experiences. Carson places a strong emphasis on building trust and meeting clients where they are, helping them feel understood, respected, and empowered in their healing process.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and strengths-based. Carson works with clients to develop practical coping skills, increase emotional awareness, and build self-worth while gaining a deeper understanding of patterns that may be keeping them stuck. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, and Internal Family Systems techniques.
Carson is especially passionate about helping young people and adults build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships. She believes therapy can be a powerful space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.
Maria
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Maria specialize strives to create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for her clients to feel heard and seen in the counseling space. Maria enjoys working with children (4 and up), teens, and adults of all gender identities experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, bipolar disorders, autism spectrum disorder, substance use disorders, grief, attachment wounds, body image concerns, and behavioral concerns. She also has extensive experience working with individuals of all ages experiencing mental health crises, suicidality, and self harm.
Maria utilizes evidenced-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, play therapy, and motivational interviewing to guide her clients in creating positive change. In addition to these practices, she places emphasis on cultural competence and prioritizes trauma-informed care in her work.
Maria makes it a priority to empower her clients and help build their confidence to take on life’s obstacles. She truly values being authentic and genuine in her work and is committed to cultivating a strong, trusting, therapeutic relationship in the counseling space. Maria is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can grow, build resilience, and become the best versions of themselves.
